Next In-Person Phoenix Circle Meet-up: Thurs, Oct 9, Singapore
Find your Divorce
Besties.
No more silent suffering and isolation, wondering where the other divorcing+divorced people are.
This is a movement to connect, heal, grow and rebuild with peace, amidst the administrative, logistical, and emotional chaos that getting divorced and being divorced can be.
You are NOT alone my beautiful friend.

Behind The Phoenix Circle

Hi Beautiful Friend!
My name is Pudding - I'm the Founder of The Phoenix Circle and a divorced, co-parenting mama of 1 preschooler.
I started this little group in March of 2025 when my divorce was finalised. The process was draining, isolating and fraught with shame and guilt (plus figuring out co-parenting-ugh).
My vision then was to create a warm and supportive community of women-in-transition where we could share, laugh, sometimes cry, but most importantly, walk a path of healing, growth, peace and self-compassion.
Now, I am going all in for YOU- what started as hosting humble fortnightly calls for a handful of us, I am now going to focus on creating a more robust community, events to create genuine learning and connection and getting the word out to more women so they know that there is a place for them!
Whenever you're ready, come as you are.
You are not alone, and I'm SO glad you're here!
Pudding xx
Feedback from the Circle
I'm so glad I found this community while looking for pragmatic kinship in my journey. Pudding's initiative to form a community focused on growth, compassion and moving forward with strength, came as a breath of floral-scented fresh air. Her focus on positivity and gratitude, with the right mix of cheekiness, resounded with my own attitude and value system.

Just wanted to say that before last night's call I honestly didn't realise how much shame I had been carrying this whole time. I had a bit of an a-ha moment when we did the journalling and the insights continued after the call- today I honestly feel like so much weight has been lifted. Thank you SO much.

It's so weird because I know their stories are not my story but somehow just hearing other similar stories make me feel comforted. I think the loneliness and isolation and just not knowing if there were 'others....

Yes, it's been incredibly difficult of late going through the legal process and trying to parent and work at the same time and I am exhausted but doing the first grounding exercise on the call gave me the respite I needed. I know it was just an hour of headspace but I swear it made me feel calmer the next day too!

Is The Phoenix Circle the right option for me?The Phoenix Circle is a growing, uplifting community for divorcing and divorced women who are seeking healing, growth, and genuine connection. It will be the right fit if you are seeking: • Comfort, laughter, and genuine connection- find your divorce besties to go for walkies and talkies! • Learning tools, tips, listening to and sharing experiences on healing, growing, personal development • Sharing of Resources • Curated events to meet other women • To rebuild the most important relationship you’ll ever have — the one with yourself — and from there, to create the life and relationships you truly desire. It will NOT be the right fit if you are seeking: • Endless complaining or venting without openness to healing, growth, personal development • Toxicity, gossip, or judgment of other members • Spam and self-promotion of your business and services • Staying stuck in blame — we’re here to move forward, not spiral We honor real feelings (tears, anger, grief — all welcome ), but we also choose compassion, curiosity, and encouragement over negativity.

What happens during The Phoenix Circle Sessions? So far, the fortnightly calls have included combinations of the following: - Sharing of my personal experiences and holding space for others to share theirs - Answering questions and sharing resources - Guest collaboration with lawyer, break-up coach, Upcoming virtual and in-person events: - Guest sharing of women who divorced and where they are now (stories of hope) - Collaboration with more professionals in the area of healing, growth, personal development - Guided group hypnotherapy and meditation journeys with live sound baths - Gatherings for us to just connect and have funsies! - Park and reservoir group walkies and talkies (some kid friendly editions too) As a somatic hypnotherapist and Life Coach myself, I will also be organising specific events to teach creating mind and body safety for growth and healing and sharing some of the tools and tips I have learned and learn ongoing to facilitate the beautiful and often tricky journey of transitions, co-parenting, dating after divorce, self-discovery and all the things in between. Stay tuned!

I want to join The Phoenix Circle but I also want to be anonymous. Is this possible? There are a couple options for this. On the Private Facebook Group here, I will see your profile to approve you, but once on the group, you are able to post on the discussion board anonymously. However, please note that the member list IS visible to current group members. On virtual Circle events, if done on ZOOM, you can keep your video off and also change the name on your profile settings (please google how to do that) before getting on the call, to maintain your anonymity.

When does The Phoenix Circle meet? From March 2025- September 2025, I've hosted The Phoenix Circle virtually every other Tuesday from 8pm-9pm Singapore time. Moving forwards, as I focus on growing the community, the easiest way to stay updated with upcoming events would be: - subscribe to receive email updates (no spammy sh*t-promise) here. Most recommended. - via Instagram here. - via the Facebook group here. As I continue to experiment with event curation, I hope to eventually (soon!) find a more regular rhythm, once I get more of a feel of what formats and timings helps the community best. Thank you for your support and understanding and of course, please throw me your ideas and feedback anytime on what you would like to see upcoming. Send your feedback and suggestions to hello@thehealingalchemist.co I would love your input!

I am not divorcing yet- only considering it. Can I still join The Phoenix Circle?Yes- you are welcomed. This period can be very discombobulating. I have created this community to be supportive and uplifting. Perhaps you may gain some perspective from others ahead in the journey, or via the Facebook group, find someone also in your exact spot.

Why should I join the Facebook Group?I'm not a huge fan of social media (and it can be a timesuck amidst everything) but this is currently the best (and most affordable way) for me to connect us all. The Facebook Group is the free community where women can find each other to connect with, both online and offline. I currently approve every request to ensure privacy of the group and will monitor it to ensure the ethos of the group (growth, healing, support) is upheld by all members. The group only works if there are enough people on it, and being newly formed in Sept 2025, we are starting from scratch!

I don't live in Singapore, can I still join The Phoenix Circle?Absolutely! We currently have members in Malaysia and Dubai, I hope via the Facebook Group, someday women in neighbouring countries can find each other, and I hope to someday soon create some international retreats so we can all meet in the region somewhere. Of course, for now, the virtual events would work best for you if you are not based in Singapore.
-
Why should I follow the Instagram Page? You don't have to, but this is where I post daily inspo, learnings, and upcoming events. It's just another outlet to connect and be a part of the growing community : )

Is The Phoenix Circle free to join? Why do I have to pay for Events? The Facebook Community Group is free to join (and highly encouraged!) here. The Instagram Community Group is free to join here. Currently, I still host some virtual Circle events free of charge. However, moving forwards there will be far more curated paid/ticketed virtual and in-person events. I take very meticulous care to curate each session to provide as much value as possible to members, and that takes time and dedication. I have drastically reduced my hours at my private hypnotherapy and coaching practice to pour my heart and soul into growing this community, but as such, I do need to create paid offerings to sustain my ongoing financial responsibilities, and I hope you understand.
