Find your Divorce
Besties.
No more silent suffering and isolation, wondering where the other divorcing+divorced people are.
This is a movement to connect, heal, grow and rebuild with peace, amidst the administrative, logistical, and emotional chaos that getting divorced and being divorced can be.
You are NOT alone my beautiful friend.

Behind The Phoenix Circle

Hi Beautiful Friend!
My name is Pudding - I'm the Founder of The Phoenix Circle and a divorced, co-parenting mama of 1 preschooler.
I started this little group in March of 2025 when my divorce was finalised. The process was draining, isolating and fraught with shame and guilt (plus figuring out co-parenting-ugh).
My vision then was to create a warm and supportive community of women-in-transition where we could share, laugh, sometimes cry, but most importantly, walk a path of healing, growth, peace and self-compassion.
Now, I am going all in for YOU- what started as hosting humble fortnightly calls for a handful of us, I am now going to focus on creating a more robust community, events to create genuine learning and connection and getting the word out to more women so they know that there is a place for them!
Whenever you're ready, come as you are.
You are not alone, and I'm SO glad you're here!
Pudding xx
Feedback from the Circle
I'm so glad I found this community while looking for pragmatic kinship in my journey. Pudding's initiative to form a community focused on growth, compassion and moving forward with strength, came as a breath of floral-scented fresh air. Her focus on positivity and gratitude, with the right mix of cheekiness, resounded with my own attitude and value system.

Just wanted to say that before last night's call I honestly didn't realise how much shame I had been carrying this whole time. I had a bit of an a-ha moment when we did the journalling and the insights continued after the call- today I honestly feel like so much weight has been lifted. Thank you SO much.

It's so weird because I know their stories are not my story but somehow just hearing other similar stories make me feel comforted. I think the loneliness and isolation and just not knowing if there were 'others....

Yes, it's been incredibly difficult of late going through the legal process and trying to parent and work at the same time and I am exhausted but doing the first grounding exercise on the call gave me the respite I needed. I know it was just an hour of headspace but I swear it made me feel calmer the next day too!
